How do I track a workout?

Tap the "+" button on the home screen to start a new workout. Select exercises from our library or create your own, then log your sets, reps, and weights as you train.

How do I sync with Apple Health?

Go to Settings > Health Integration and enable Apple Health sync. You'll be prompted to grant permission for the data types you want to share.

How do I manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Go to your device's settings to view, modify, or cancel your subscription.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account in Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data. Alternatively, contact us at privacy@G-Dev.at.
