Delete your account in the app

The fastest way is to delete your account directly from the Pump app:

1. Open the Pump app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Account.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm the deletion.

Your account and associated data will be deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.

Request deletion via email

If you can't access the app, you can request account and data deletion by emailing us:

support@pump-app.net

Include in the email:

• The email address associated with your Pump account
• Your username (if you remember it)
• Confirmation that you want your account and all associated data permanently deleted

We will process your deletion request within 30 days and confirm by email when complete.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your profile (name, email, username, bio, avatar)
• Your workouts, exercises, and fitness data
• Your posts, comments, and likes
• Your chat messages
• Your uploaded photos, videos, and voice messages
• Your health data synced from Apple Health or Health Connect
• Your subscription records
• Your device tokens and notification settings

What may be retained

For legal, security, or compliance reasons, some data may be retained for a limited period:

• Transaction records: Purchase and subscription records may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and accounting compliance.
• Anonymized analytics: Aggregated, anonymous usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you.
• Backups: Encrypted backups are rotated and permanently purged within 30 days.
• Crash logs: Diagnostic crash reports are retained for up to 90 days, then deleted.

Cancel your subscription

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. To cancel a subscription, manage it through Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS) before deleting your account.
